Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) logistics demands the highest tier of pressure vessel engineering. ZW Group’s LPG semi-trailers are designed as high-pressure safety systems, ensuring the secure transport of propane and butane across long distances and varying environmental conditions. Built for heavy-duty distribution, this 3 axle LPG tanker semi trailer integrates pressure-grade materials and certified safety components to meet stringent international regulations.

ZW Group is a leading manufacturer of high-pressure LPG tanker trailers, specializing in precision-engineered pressure vessels and integrated safety monitoring. With dedicated production facilities, strict process control and extensive export experience, ZW Group supplies reliable LPG transport tank trailers to energy distributors, gas terminals and industrial customers across Africa, the Middle East and other key regions.
This LPG Tanker is manufactured using specialized Q345R pressure vessel steel with an auto-matched 12mm shell thickness and available up to 14mm in reinforcement zones. Capacity is specified at 54–60cbm to match bulk distribution needs. The structure is produced with automated submerged-arc welding and post-weld heat treatment (annealing) to relieve residual stress and maintain long-term integrity under a 1.77MPa design pressure. Every tank is engineered to minimize weight while optimizing strength and a low center of gravity for stable road handling.

Designed for bulk LPG distribution, this pressurized LPG tanker semi trailer is ideal for long-range delivery to gas stations, industrial users, regional propane depots and municipal energy hubs. Its configurable discharge systems and robust safety package suit both line-haul operations and short-range shuttle duties within terminal networks.
ZW Group’s design emphasizes predictable lifecycle costs and high uptime. The combination of Q345R material, controlled heat treatment and precision welding produces a pressure vessel that resists fatigue and maintains dimensional stability. Reduced maintenance intervals and lower risk of leakage translate into lower insurance premiums and fewer operational interruptions for fleet operators. The 3 axle configuration balances payload capacity with road-legal axle loads for many international routes.
Every unit undergoes rigorous testing including hydraulic pressure testing at 2.1 MPa and air-tightness verification prior to shipment. Welding procedures are executed under automated submerged arc systems and each seam receives radiographic (X‑ray) inspection to meet pressure vessel standards. ZW Group provides operator training, certification documentation and a global spare parts network for REGO valves, gauges and other critical components to ensure rapid serviceability.
ZW Group manufactures in environmentally controlled facilities using robotic welding and strict metallurgical controls. Our pressure vessels are engineered to exceed common regulatory requirements, and we offer OEM/ODM options including logo branding, painting schemes and component selection. Choosing ZW means selecting a partner with a proven record in high-pressure LPG transport and a commitment to long-term operational safety.

Built under ISO pressure vessel protocols, each trailer receives anti-rust treatment and secure packaging for international RORO shipment. Pre-shipment inspections, test reports and certification documentation (where applicable) accompany each unit to facilitate customs clearance and fleet commissioning at the destination.
